Cancellation Policies

1. Cancellation Window

Customers must request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
To cancel, please email us at payments@xpoleus.com with your order number and contact details.

2. Cancellations After 24 Hours

If a cancellation request is made after the 24-hour window, and the order has already been processed or dispatched, the customer may be required to bear any processing, handling, or delivery charges incurred.

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Approved cancellations will be refunded in accordance with our standard refund timelines. Any deductions for processing or delivery costs will be clearly communicated before the refund is issued.

4. Non-Cancellable Items (If applicable)

Certain products are not eligible for cancellation once the order has been processed. These include, but may not be limited to:

Custom-built or made-to-order products – such as build-a-pole sets, extensions for 50mm sizes and cut-to-size fabrics

Products that require special fabrication, engraving, or personalization

Items imported or sourced specifically on customer request

Once processing for these items has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted due to the bespoke nature and irreversible preparation involved.
